CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at ORO and time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Any last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to 100% of booked service fee. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide in the best quality of excellent service for our established and future clientele. All prices are starting prices and vary in range depending on each stylist. All prices are subject to change based on length, density, and prior condition of hair.
